Whether you are looking to race the Tour Divide, climb provincial or national rankings, are a weekend warrior, or simply want to commute more comfortably and ride pain-free, a professional bike fit performed by a Registered Physiotherapist can help to get you there. During your fit, a physical assessment will be performed both on and off of your bike. Your goals and riding style will be discussed and we can decide what changes to your bike can be made for improved success and comfort.

Please bring your bicycle, pedals, shoes, a water bottle, and your normal cycling clothing to the fit. Tighter fitting clothing allows more accurate measurement with our motion capture camera. If you have more than one saddle or stem that you are considering, please bring those as well. Cyclists with aerobars or integrated handlebars should bring any extra pieces or adapters they own to allow position changes. Cyclists with full suspension mountain bikes should bring their normal clothing and gear they will use on the trail including repair kits and full hydration packs, as weight affects suspension sag, and thus saddle placement.

If any additional parts are required, we will give you measurements and part recommendations to help complete your set up. Further physiotherapy follow-ups may also be beneficial to help improve function and performance on the bike. Have any questions or concerns? Feel free to get in touch by email info@ridgelinephysio.com or phone at 778-561-2272.

Hello! I’m Jenn and I am a physiotherapist at Ridgeline Physio. I was born and raised in Calgary, and moved to British Columbia in 2011 to completed my Bachelor in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. Following this, I worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant in Whitehorse for three years, before returning to British Columbia to complete my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia as a part of the first northern cohort in Prince George. Outside of work, I am an avid mountain biker, trail runner, xc skier, snowboarder/split-boarder, climber, and anything involving the mountains! With this, I have experienced my fair share of injuries and concussions, and have gained valuable insight into the physical, emotional, and social implications that result from these. I am looking forward to helping you reach all of your rehabilitation goals!
